Beach Enclave is a fully integrated investor, developer, and premium property manager of luxury villas and resorts in exclusive oceanfront private enclaves, supported by first in class resort amenities and services in the Caribbean’s Turks & Caicos islands. The Beach Enclave properties offer guests a focus on bespoke vacation experiences including family or multi-generational travel, wellness (Yoga retreats, nutrition classes, and vegan and vegetarian meals are all available), culinary specialties (a private chef is available), kite surfing, or snorkeling and scuba diving on the third largest coral reef in the world.

Beach Enclave redefines beachfront luxury living in the Turks & Caicos Islands through its three locations, all strategically positioned in private enclaves on the islands’ most beautiful beaches. Each location showcases breathtaking ocean views and enjoys the island’s gentle trade winds. Beach Enclave North Shore debuted in November 2016 with a combination of three ocean view and six beachfront villas. Beach Enclave Long Bay opened for rentals in November 2018 and offers an intimate collection of five beachfront villas. Beach Enclave Grace Bay broke ground in February 2018 and will open in November 2020 with six ocea view and four beach front villas.

More in the pipeline: The Club at Beach Enclave Long Bay debuts in 2021 with four beach houses and 26 Club Residences (1 to 3 bedroom units).
